Experience:
We are seeking candidates preferably with 2-10 PQE experience gained in mid/top-tier commercial firms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent legal agility and a passion for diverse projects across multiple practice areas and industry sectors, such as banking, property, commercial contracts, and litigation. In addition to supporting due diligence projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on delivery and completion of high-profile transactions. They will also provide guidance to junior legal teams to ensure consistent high-quality output.
