JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, enabling them to provide exceptional legal advice and representation to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in legal practice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in legal practice with a focus on negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pursue the client’s case.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of Proclaim desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with clients and colleagues.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £29,933.29-£38,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on various matters, including but not limited to personal injury due to road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Draft and review legal documents, namely court paperwork and communication from other parties.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to support case preparation.
  • Deal with cases involving pre-litigation, fast track and multi track.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact clients’ cases or the firm’s practice areas.
