WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING…

• Managing a varied caseload, including Wills, Probate, Estate Management, Trust Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters
• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring a high standard of client care
• Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and handling complex estates, high-net-worth clients, business interests, and agricultural partnerships
• Supporting junior members of the team by sharing expertise and providing guidance
• Promoting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to wills, probate, and private client matters
• Maintaining accurate and efficient case management records and adhering to firm policies and procedures
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law to ensure best practice and continued professional development
• Representing the firm professionally, maintaining a friendly and efficient image at all times
