Growing Design-Build firm specializing in Casino, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Retail industries, looking for an experienced, skilled Solid Surface & Quartz Installer to join our team. This is a full-time position including the ability to work with a team of people who are creating innovative, compelling retail environments using state of the art construction methods. Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 an hour depending on experience Location: 9000 Orion Drive NE Lacey, WA 98516 (Travel to jobsites around the country is also part of the role requirements) Install quartz and solid surface countertops, panels, backsplashes, and custom components Perform field measurements, fitting, and on-site adjustments Execute seaming, bonding, adhesive application, and final finishing Prepare substrates for proper fit, support, and alignment Read and work from construction drawings and shop details Receive, stage, and install materials safely on site Use and maintain installation tools and equipment Coordinate with project teams and trades to ensure proper sequencing Maintain a clean and protected work area Maintain clear communication with the project team What We’re Looking For: 5+ years quartz installation experience (commercial or high-end residential, required) Strong ability to produce tight seams and high-end finishes independently Solid understanding of substrates, tolerances, and structural support Experience working on a traveling construction crew in fast-paced environments Skilled in construction sequencing and trade coordination Proficient with stone installation tools and equipment Ability to handle heavy materials and physical labor Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain quality under pressure Here are some videos of the team in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cL8CA9fClGg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Z17Ui9n22c https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxzSFwgC7A39tPHLBvnw-Gp50kPVvuWzR Salary: $38.00 - $45.00 an hour depending on experience Travel accommodations provided Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and short and long-term disability benefits Retirement: 401k retirement plan Paid Time Off: One week of PTO for eligible employees who have completed one year of employment, two weeks of PTO after completion of two to four years of employment, and three weeks of PTO after completion of five or more years of employment.
