ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reside in the Central Alberta Region around Red Deer
• Should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience using SolidWorks.
• Must possess an aptitude for working with SolidWorks and CAD.
• Proficient history with SolidWorks program
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of Programs and strong general computing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent would be an asset.
• Associates degree of completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting or related field
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $18.83-$37.15 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

• Coordination with Sr Management to ensure design intent is correctly implemented
• Designing, drawing and preparing drafting projects from markups and sketches of oilfield equipment
• Ensure that all drawings are designed to required standards
• Oilfield Wellhead experience and or downhole tool experience would be an asset
• Using a problem solving and troubleshooting mindset daily.
• Ensure all the technical documents are managed and updated in the correct way.
• Is a self starter and work well in a team atmosphere
• Is coachable and will be trained on many aspects of plunger lift and gas lift equipment and operations.
• Participate in relevant meetings such as scope of project and drawing reviews.
• Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean drivers abstract
• Champion all HSE related protocols, programs, policies and procedures.
