ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Specialist in the HANA Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be the go-to expert for Data & Analytics solutions within our Customer Advisory organization. You will leverage your deep expertise to support the entire sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, providing post-sale customer support, and assisting customers in expanding their SAP footprint. This high-impact role bridges strategy and execution—designed to help scale adoption, accelerate migration, and unlock value from SAP HANA Cloud across our customer base.
You’ll work in close collaboration with account teams, partners, and customer success teams—supporting the full customer lifecycle with expert guidance, solution architecture, and scalable best practices. While not carrying a quota, your role is critical in driving sales execution, deal velocity, and customer outcomes at scale.
