JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a seasoned Solution and Delivery Lead to lead consulting and development engagements with clients, advising them on cloud transformation and digital modernization initiatives. This is a client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, technical understanding of cloud environments, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will play a key role in consulting, designing, and validating cloud solutions while working closely with both internal teams and external clients, bringing a combination of technical leadership, client-facing experience, and deep industry knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with proven expertise in cloud architecture and solutioning.
• At least 3 years of experience leading solution or technical teams.
• Strong experience with Data Engineering and AI Solutions
• Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms (GCP experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, and migration strategies.
• Proven experience in both pre-sales and delivery contexts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Advise clients across industries on cloud adoption strategies, modernization, and compliance.
• Design and validate cloud-based technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead solution discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Support pre-sales efforts: gather requirements, build proposals, and deliver technical presentations.
• Oversee delivery efforts: manage resources, ensure solution integrity, and maintain quality throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide strategic input on cloud best practices and architecture governance.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.
