As a Solution Architect you can make a difference
Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, you will work in the centre of the data-driven enterprise.
One tribe, 4 areas, over 20 squads define and execute the Data & Analytics strategy of Rabobank.

The tribe contains these four areas:

  • Global Data Platform
  • Analytics Platform
  • Onboarding & Support
  • Governance Platform

Over 20 squads are distributed over these areas, and naturally all squads are guided by a Solution Architect. Within the Analytics Platform area we need your help to design, build and run ground-breaking solutions that are valuable to our 9,5 million customers globally.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will design and oversee the architecture of our analytics platforms to meet the company’s evolving needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing Current Systems: Evaluate the existing systems architecture and identify areas for improvement.
  • Defining Future Direction: Collaborate with technical staff on new projects, ensuring innovative and effective solutions.
  • Solution Recommendations: Propose enhancements to improve service quality and security.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with a Business Architect on strategic topics, vision, and roadmap development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a passionate team dedicated to building and maintaining high-quality systems.

  • Managing the entire lifecycle of ML models from experimentation to production and maintenance
  • Defining architectures with microservices, event-driven services, and domain-driven design
  • Model Interpretability and Explainability: Implementing techniques to make ML models interpretable and explainable to stakeholders
