Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in roles like Technical Architect, Software Architect, or Systems Architect.
- Proficiency in software development with languages such as Java or C#/.NET.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., MS Azure IaaS), containerization, API management, and open-source tools.
- Hands-on experience with backend solutions like Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Familiarity with tools like ArchiMate and Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
- Strong background in application modernization, legacy transformation, and enterprise resource planning.
- Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and lead discussions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Craft end-to-end IT solutions that align with client objectives, technical needs, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Architecture Governance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards through active participation in architecture governance processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, including preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and assessing feasibility.
- Agile Delivery: Embed architectural best practices into Agile development cycles, enabling iterative and efficient delivery.
- Technology Advisory: Guide clients on technology choices, cloud migration strategies, containerization, and open-source adoption.
- Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge within the architecture community.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
