Your responsibilities

You are a technical visionary and strategic driving force. You bridge the gap between complex industrial processes and excellent software – from initial discovery to a viable architecture and a tangible prototype.

• You identify strategic potential within the customer and transform complex data flows into tools that fit the process perfectly and secure genuine USPs.
• You have a nose for hidden pains . It motivates you to identify problems before the customer can name them and to proactively develop your own solution ideas into the project.
• You conduct discovery and solution workshops, structure vague requirements, and formulate a viable project vision with clear business value.
• You make innovation immediately tangible: You conceptualize the architecture and often build the first prototype yourself, e.g. based on cplace or Greenfield.
• You support proposal, demo and decision phases through precise solution design and compelling technical storylines.
• Once a project takes shape, you orchestrate its implementation. You bring in the appropriate specialists from our 30-person team and provide them with technical guidance.
• You will continue to support your projects beyond the go- live phase and strategically develop solutions to permanently secure our customers' competitive edge.

This is what you bring with you

• You have a strong foundation in computer science, ideally with a diploma or master's degree, and want to combine technical excellence with strategic responsibility.
• You bring sound, multi-year relevant experience in custom software development and in building scalable enterprise applications.
• You are familiar with individual software solutions, platforms, integrations or specialist apps not only from theory, but also from demanding customer and project contexts.
• You can confidently advise external clients on technology or digitization projects, independently conduct workshops, and derive viable solution options from vague requirements.
• You love to delve deeply into processes and inspire customers through professional competence, clear architectural decisions and communication on equal terms.
• You enjoy guiding colleagues professionally through a project, orchestrating specialists, and actively sharing your knowledge within the team.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, MVPs, PoCs, demos, cplace, PLM, Java, backend or enterprise software is a plus.
• Excellent German and good English skills complete your profile.
