Senior project management experience in leading complex Technology / IT projects across the full delivery lifecycle, including managing multiple projects in parallel.
Proven track record mobilising and delivering strategic, operationally complex initiatives with cross-functional internal and external teams across global or matrixed organisations.
Strong governance, planning, RAID, reporting and stakeholder management capability.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, dependencies and delivery risks.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience engaging and coordinating globally dispersed teams.
Excellent communicator, able to translate complex technical information into clear, concise messages for varied stakeholders.
Adaptable and resilient, able to respond to changing priorities and keep delivery on track under pressure.
Strategic and commercially aware thinker, able to balance technical, operational and commercial considerations.
Agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery experience.
Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent.
Experience in large-scale organisational change or business readiness.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve outcomes.
