    Solution Architect Financing, area Acquisition & Relationships
    As a Solution Architect in the Financing Journey tribe, you make a difference by future proofing our landscape, designing solutions while working closely together with our business, business architect, the squads and other stakeholders within the Wholesale & Rural domain. All working together in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities

YOU & YOUR ROLE

As a Solution Architect, you are primarily responsible for the squad architecture and technical solutions that fit into the (enterprise) architecture. You support the teams with technical designs, security and delivery of the solutions. You actively track market trends and translate them into solutions, ensuring that our capabilities continue to meet the needs of our organization. You guide your colleagues and management on the IT architecture within your area. You participate in proof-of-concepts, align your solution designs with your peers and your teams, you drive and obtain approvals of architectural designs, and you make sure guidelines are understood and supported by your engineers.
The Acquisition & Relationships area is responsible for optimizing the client interaction and engagement phase of the client journey. It is responsible for implementing efficient registration processes that reduce wait times and simplify onboarding of new clients. The area ensures that client information is consistently managed and accessible through global CRM solutions, allowing for personalized and responsive service. Additionally, it is responsible for Wholesale & Rural’s channel strategy and provides accessible online channels that empower clients to manage their accounts and access services independently, enhancing their overall experience.
This is achieved in close cooperation with the Client & Employee Journey Expertise Team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, front- and mid-office employees by delivering real-time insights at their fingertips, enabling them to make informed decisions quickly. The area also orchestrates services
through the online channel, which integrates various service touchpoints into a cohesive and user-friendly platform.

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design scalable and maintainable systems that align with the enterprise architecture.
  • Guide teams in implementing technical solutions and adhering to architectural guidelines.
  • Translate market trends into concrete IT solutions within the Financing domain.
    You will work within the Financing Journey tribe, specifically in the Acquisition & Relationships domain. Here, you collaborate closely with business architects, squads, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Customer focus, cooperation, leadership, conceptual thinker, analytical skills and fact-based decision making are clearly essential for the role of a Solution Architect. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or another relevant study
  • Experience and enjoy working in large organizations with complex technical landscapes
  • Experience in Financing
  • Practical experience with architecture methodologies and techniques (e.g. Archimate, DYA, TOGAF)
  • In depth development understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS and its wide variety of services.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Agile and Scrum methodologies, coupled with a DevOps mindset
  • Well versed in stakeholder management
  • Maintain a hands-on attitude, pro-active, solution oriented
  • Networking with peers across the bank is essential
  • Showing initiative and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in mentoring and coaching
  • Good command of English (business level) and good writing skills. Dutch is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in High and Low Code is an advantag
