Collaboration: Work with Project Managers, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, and Platform Architects to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with business objectives. Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring modernization initiatives are delivered within financial constraints. Leadership and Support: Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to development teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Development Standards & Team Enablement: Establish and promote best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across development teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the same or a similar position. Extensive experience in application modernization, distributed systems, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture. Proficiency in modern architectural frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Expertise in development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Advanced knowledge of C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, MVC, RESTful APIs, UI frameworks like Angular or React library, GraphQL, gRPC, and Non-SQL and SQL Databases. Experience with n-tier architecture, microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), event-driven systems, and domain-driven design (DDD). Familiarity with architectural observability tools and techniques for monitoring and optimizing application performance Ability to design and implement scalable, secure solutions tailored to business needs Ability to propose and create solutions to propose possible solutions and alternatives to resolve technical issues Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
