2. Experience in PAS implementation, migration, or replacement programs.
3. Strong knowledge of underwriting processes and operating models.
4. Expertise in Azure cloud architecture, APIs, and microservices.
5. Experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs.
6. Ability to define migration strategies and future-state architecture roadmaps.

• Nice to HaveReinsurance domain knowledge.
• Bordereaux management and reporting experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, HX, or IRIS platforms.
