We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solution Architect Competence Center Sustainability to drive our sustainability initiatives. You have a deep understanding of sustainability practices and a proven track record of implementing successful sustainability programs internationally? YOUR SKILLS:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability or a related role

• Strong knowledge of international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards.
• In-depth experience and understanding on ESG rating and value chain due diligence and monitoring
• Experience with net zero and decarbonization strategies is an asset
• Knowledge and experience with different sustainability solutions - it affinity
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
• Fluent German and English
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies, roadmaps, and action plans which align with clients’ goals and industry standards

• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
• Support our growth in the sustainability area by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships; contribute to proposals and presentations
• Provide training and support on sustainability practices
• Contribute to industry publications and events to enhance our visibility and reputation.
