JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Solution Architect with a strong background in OSS/BSS and Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Lead to Cash process, Service Delivery frameworks, and some familiarity with Service Management principles. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our telecommunications services and improve customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecommunications architecture, specifically in OSS/BSS environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, with demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of Lead to Cash processes, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery methodologies and frameworks, as well as Service Management concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect).
  • Experience with integration tools and APIs in the telecom domain.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to telecommunications services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and architect end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions tailored to meet the needs of our telecommunications services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce capabilities with existing systems and processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Lead to Cash processes.
  • Develop and implement Service Delivery models that optimize operational efficiency and enhance service quality.
  • Utilize Salesforce tools and features to streamline processes, improve customer interactions, and support sales functions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Service Management, leveraging industry standards to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and developers in the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
