Position Description Summary / Purpose of Position Chubb Life Global is seeking a highly skilled and innovative data architect to serve as the Head of Data Model & Design, a key leadership role responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions that support the organization’s Azure-based data platform. This role will focus on defining a Common Data Model (CDM) using industry standards like ACORD and ensuring that data product models are optimized to meet the needs of the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Location Hyderabad Duties and Responsibilities Solution Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions for the Azure-based data platform, leveraging tools such as Databricks and Snowflake. Common Data Model (CDM): Define and implement a Common Data Model (CDM) using industry standards such as ACORD to ensure consistency, interoperability, and reusability of data assets across the organization. Data Product Models: Collaborate with business and technical teams to design data product models that meet specific business requirements and drive value across the insurance value chain. Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to regional data teams, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data models and solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that data architecture aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable business impact.
