Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Architect/Designer with extensive experience in CSG (Communications Software Group), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Order Management systems specifically tailored for the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing Product Catalog solutions, configuring CSG applications, and adhering to TMF (TeleManagement Forum) standards. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality BSS projects that enhance our operational capabilities and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture:

    • Design and architect robust CSG and CPQ solutions that align with business objectives and enhance order management processes.
  • Ensure the integration of Product Catalog management with CSG and CPQ systems for streamlined operations.
  • Configuration Management:


    • Configure CSG applications effectively, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the organization.

    • Implement TMF standards to ensure compatibility and interoperability across systems.
    • Project Delivery:


      • Lead the delivery of multiple BSS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
      • Product Catalog Development:


        • Design and manage the Product Catalog, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and effectively supports the sales and order management processes.

        • Regularly review and update the Product Catalog to reflect changes in offerings and market demands.
        • Stakeholder Collaboration:


          • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.

          • Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus on design choices and implementation strategies.
          • Documentation and Governance:


            • Create and maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, configurations, and project plans.

            • Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with TMF standards and best practices in BSS implementation.
            • Continuous Improvement:


              • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to CPQ, order management, and telecommunications.

              • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within existing systems.

              Requirements:

              • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
              • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications architecture with a focus on CSG, CPQ, and Order Management systems.
              • Proven expertise in configuring CSG applications and managing Product Catalogs.
              • Familiarity with TMF standards and their application in BSS projects.
              • Strong project management skills with experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
              • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
              • Preferred Qualifications:
              • Certifications related to CSG, CPQ, or relevant telecommunications frameworks.
              • Experience with integration of CPQ solutions with CRM and billing systems.
              • Knowledge of industry trends in telecommunications and BSS best practices.
