• Develop comprehensive architectural solutions for new projects and major change requests, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable.
• Provide technical solutioning for RFPs and guarantee the overall design integrity of proposed solutions.
• Analyze technology environments and client requirements to create a collaboration solution design framework.
• Define current-state solutions, identify areas for improvement, and chart a clear path to the target-state architecture.
• Document and articulate architectural recommendations, reusable patterns, and technical roadmaps to key stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend new solutions for integration into the existing technology ecosystem.
• Provide detailed documentation of architectural designs, including application views and all key artifacts.
• Conduct root cause analysis on architectural issues and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to align solutions with overall business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and application trends to inform future IT needs.
