REQUIREMENTS:

• Serve as the primary liaison for French-speaking clients, handling both technical and business communications.
• 6+ years of experience in E-commerce domain with a strong mix of technical architecture and business analysis roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on platforms like Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or BigCommerce.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, API integrations, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Hands-on experience working with clients on requirement gathering, documentation, and solution demonstration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in techno-commercial proposal writing and pre-sales support is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Project management exposure (Agile/Scrum) is a plus.

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architecture for complex e-commerce implementations using platforms like Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Participate in technical pre-sales, including solution scoping, client presentations, and proposal building.
• Draft technical documentation, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Align business goals with technology capabilities and present optimal solutions considering cost, scalability, and timelines.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a techno-commercial consultant, guiding clients on platform selection, third-party integrations, and future scalability.
• Ensure technical solutions adhere to best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
• Assist in creating Statements of Work (SOW), RFPs, and other project documentation.
• Provide thought leadership in E-commerce technology trends and solutioning.
