Enterprise Applications Solution Architect is responsible for the architecture and solution design of Inspire’s multi-brand Enterprise Applications ecosystem which is the backbone of critical functions within Inspire such as HR, Accounting, franchise operations and guest support. He/she leads complex projects and ensures the success of Enterprise Applications solution development and roll outs. He/she also serves as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor to the Inspire Executive and Leadership team.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Computer Science or Engineering
• Graduate Degree Computer Science Preferred

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 10 years, preferably 12+ years of experience in application design and development, and systems life cycle management.
• 5+ years of architecture experience working on complex enterprise ecosystems involving integrating SaaS, on-prem and cloud applications.
• 3+ years of enterprise applications experience in food or retail industry.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES

• Demonstrable experience with implementing solution ecosystem involving multiple SaaS, on-prem/cloud application ecosystem.
• Demonstrable experience with implementing IAM and SSO solution across multiple SaaS, on-prem/cloud application ecosystem.
• Expertise with IAM/SSO technologies such as Okta, SailPoint. Oracle Identity Manager experience is a plus.
• Experience with various integration technologies such as APIs, message bus, event bus, managed file transfer. Integrations using Mulesoft middleware is a plus.
• Expertise with creating solutions involving Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday, Salesforce Cloud, MS Dynamics, O365, Sharepoint, ServiceNow and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Strong demonstrable experience leading architecture development for enterprise scale systems.
• Experience converting business requirements to designs and user stories.
• Experience working in an Agile environment across multiple scrum teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in REST API, Micro-services, SwaggerHub, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience working with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, all the so-called “capabilities” of a system

• Design and architect scalable and distributed Enterprise Applications solutions.
• Collaborate with other Solution architects and technical leads to design a unified multi-brand Enterprise Applications solution.
• Design solutions that are scalable and flexible to support different brand requirements.
• Influence the successful implementation of these designs and architectures by managing expectations and risks and balancing tactical and strategic approach.
• Work with the business to understand and solve complex problems, by presenting various solution options and technical concepts in a comprehensible manner.
• Collaborate with the delivery teams to provide direction and design in an Agile environment.
• Create reliable solution plans that include cost estimates and optimized delivery approaches by working with the SaaS partners, implementation vendors, business, and technology teams, enforcing governance and compliance activities for the solution.
• Identify new disruptive technologies to provide business value.
• Create and participate in the establishment of solid enterprise platforms that brings together SaaS, on-prem, cloud solutions into a smoothly running integrated ecosystem.
