About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a French Speaking Enterprise Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. The Professional Services team in Fivetran works across all segments and use cases, with a focus not only on onboarding and initial implementation, but building relationships with our customers to facilitate wider adoption of the tool, turning power-users into advocates. The Solution Architect role is extremely diverse. You will act as a liaison between customers, Product and Engineering; the Fivetran architect in charge of solution design alongside hands-on work in the form of installation, configuration and development. Solution Architects may work alone or in teams, and depending on the customer, may occasionally work on-site with customers in person. Solution Architects are also expected to manage the timelines and delivery of their customer work, work with one another, and work with other internal Fivetran stakeholders. Further to your work with customers, the Solution Architect function provides cross-functional support across the organisation. You will support Marketing through attendance at industry events, with opportunities to take on speaking engagements, and you will work closely with Fivetran’s Product team on Feature Requests and product development. You will be joining a multi-talented team of peers with locations across Europe. We value team cohesion and run internal business reviews in person to foster collaboration and alignment, and to maintain the personal connections that make this team as strong as it is. This Enterprise Solution Architecture position is a full-time, remote role based in Ireland, and travel is expected approximately 10-15% of the time. Responsibilities
