Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach 8+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly Proficiency in business process mapping tools and documentation standards Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools Understanding of SQL or basic data analysis is a plus Exposure to Telecom, Fintech, or MFS domains is preferred The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
