Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing the technical and sales engineering support to sales
  • Identifying and presenting value of Frends for the potential customers
  • Bridging the gap between technical and business personasSolutions design and architecture within sales cases

WHAT YOU´LL DO?

  • Supporting and guiding sales as a technical architect with strong sales engineering acumen
  • Actively taking part in sales meetings to showcase, present, and demonstrate the Frends value, capabilities, and use cases
  • Acting as a leading technical expert and advisor in the sales process: technical discovery, value assessments, demos, proof-of-concepts/pilot,s and RFI/RFPs
  • Hands-on architecting solutions in various sales cases: mid to enterprise customers
  • Working with new and existing customers to land new opportunities
  • Helping and guiding customer organizations and development teams to success
  • Advocating Frends features and modern integration patterns
  • Providing a feedback loop to the Frends product organization
  • Participating in marketing events

To succeed in this role, we also value

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering
  • Supporting successful sales teams to land new business and meet customer requirements
  • Engaging directly with various customer personas (technical and C-level stakeholders)
  • Working in close partnership with account executives or key account managers
  • Hands-on software or architecture development
  • Implementing and using various integration and architectural patterns (e.g. APIs, ETLs, event-driven)
  • Working with cloud platform
