As a Solution Architect at Platform24, you are instrumental in bridging the gap between our enterprise SaaS solutions and the unique technical and business needs of Dutch healthcare organizations. Working closely with Sales, Product Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success, you help design tailored, scalable solutions that solve real-world challenges and drive value for our customers.
You will play a leading role within our agile NL team while collaborating actively with our Swedish headquarters.

• Discover & Advise: Collaborate directly with (potential) customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and operational challenges.
• Design Solutions: Lead interactive workshops, develop solution designs, and guide clients through best practices, integration strategies, and innovative architectures — with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance.
• Scope & Estimate: Assess and estimate required effort, cost, and implementation timelines for both bespoke and standardized integrations.
• Demonstrate Value: Deliver powerful, relevant solution demos and support technical sales enablement — translating features into real-world benefits.
• Support technical responses for RFIs/RFPs/tenders, aligning solutions to client needs and compliance standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to share field insights, influence product roadmaps, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with Dutch and international health IT trends, standards, and regulations, especially around integration (e.g. LSP, HL7-FHIR, Nictiz) and data security (NEN7510, GDPR).
