Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Price Management and Price Optimization software.
  • Act as technical liaison between the business, IT teams, and external vendors during implementation and beyond.
  • Collaborate with pricing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment of the software solution with business objectives.
  • Define and document the integration strategy with internal systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, data warehouses).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing usage.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of pricing software features and functionalities to provide expert-level guidance and training.
  • Create technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines to support internal teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance post-implementation and recommend optimizations or upgrades.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and product updates from pricing software vendors to inform strategic decisions.
