The team This role sits within the Content Tech Tribe, part of Hubexo’s global technology organisation. We build and operate the platforms and pipelines that enable the ingestion, enrichment, authoring, and delivery of construction content at scale. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams across Hubexo, helping to shape the architecture of our global content ecosystem and enabling innovation across multiple product domains. The role As a Solution Architect, you will define and evolve the architecture that powers Hubexo’s content lifecycle. You will work alongside squads to design scalable and secure systems for ingestion, enrichment, and distribution of construction data, enabling Hubexo to unlock strategic value from content across the global portfolio. You will play a key role in driving architectural consistency, improving operational excellence, and accelerating delivery across the tribe through clear direction, reusable patterns, and hands on enablement. Our technology We use modern cloud and data platform technologies to support high throughput, event driven data processing and global content distribution. The stack varies by product and domain, but commonly includes: AWS, serverless and event driven services, GraphQL and REST APIs, distributed data processing platforms, data quality and governance tooling, and modern observability practices. About you You are a pragmatic, delivery oriented architect who enjoys working closely with teams and solving complex technical problems at scale. You bring strong technical judgement, clear communication, and a passion for building systems that are secure, resilient, and adaptable. You will likely have: Proven experience designing solutions for data platforms, distributed systems, or high scale integration architectures Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and modern data processing patterns Experience with event driven architectures and building scalable ingestion and enrichment pipelines Strong understanding of APIs and integration design, including GraphQL and REST A track record of influencing engineering teams through coaching, standards, and pragmatic governance Excellent communication skills, able to align technical and non technical stakeholders around a clear architectural direction Why Hubexo If you are passionate about what you do, committed to your responsibilities, resilient, and reliable, we will do everything we can to create the right conditions for you to enjoy a long and rewarding career with us.
