Infosys is seeking a Solution Architect with experience in Java, .NET, and Oracle technologies to lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
This position’s primary responsibility will be to collaborate with key stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and architect scalable systems that drive business success. Translate the requirements and ensure that design aligns with organizational goals. Should work towards evaluating the best technical solutions and provide technical leadership to the development teams. He/She should be able to create status reports and provide status updates to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pennington, NJ or Addison, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, integration, and security.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application development.
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives.
• Experience in Banking domain.
• Experience working in .NET/Java.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Enabling and challenging team members regarding self-organization & commitments.
• Resolving impediments & engaging others if external blockers.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Work with stakeholders on Release Planning, Product Roadmap and prioritization.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model where some teams are in waterfall and some in agile.

Min - 96021 to Max -124828.
