Grade: L3/L4 Location: ISB/LHR/KHI Apply by: 18th Nov, 2025 Role The Solution Architect – Infrastructure will design and architect enterprise-grade hybrid/private cloud and data center solutions, engage with OEMs and technology partners, and translate customer requirements into implementable technical designs. The role will serve as a bridge between presales, customers, OEMs, channel partners, and delivery teams, helping build internal capability for professional services and managed services aligned with our System Integration practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand business and infrastructure requirements. Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures covering compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and backup platforms. Engage OEMs and partners for solution validation, technical sizing, proposals, and competency alignment. Prepare HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, BOQs, and handover documentation for delivery teams. Support delivery teams during implementation planning to ensure solution readiness and compliance. Participate in OEM technical enablement programs and competency development for SI practice. Support solution positioning during customer engagements and RFP/RFI submissions. Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure, cloud, and data center architecture. Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. Required Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of data center and cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization). Strong knowledge of HA, DR, backup, and security architecture practices. Experience in customer-facing technical solutioning and architecture documentation. Strong OEM/partner ecosystem understanding and ability to collaborate on solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative skills. Experience L3: 5–8 years in infrastructure solution design, cloud/DC engineering, or presales. L4: 8–12+ years in strategic solution architecture and OEM alignment roles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Preferred Certifications VMware VCP / VCAP RedHat RHCSA / RHCE Huawei HCIA/HCIP (Cloud/Storage) Veeam / Commvault OEM Alignment VMware, RedHat, Huawei, Dell/Lenovo Servers, NetApp/Hitachi Storage, Veeam/Commvault. Travel Requirement Moderate, based on customer and project engagements.
