REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrate experience in technology platforms and modern technologies/approaches to drive technology that is innovative, competitive, secure and resilient.
  • Have exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and influence cross functional teams.
  • Have an ability to quickly evaluate options, unlock enterprise challenges, make technology recommendations.
  • 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in solution architecture role.
  • Design of server applications, encompassing APIs and micro-services, containers, databases, cloud infrastructures, and cloud services
  • Demonstrate expertise with distributed computing architectures, including race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control
  • Implement in-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native design, integration patterns (API, event, messaging), and security models.
  • Have expertise with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, GIT and other DevOps principles.
  • Have familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and tools (e.g., Draw Io, ArchiMate, Lucid chart).
  • Have expertise in .NET.
  • Advance knowledge with low-code BPM platforms (Appian, Pega, etc.)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead architects, define architecture best practices, development, evolution of solution blueprints, design patterns, and architecture standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding the business & product requirement and evaluate the high-level technical feasibility, translate them into architecture solutions.
  • Leading solution architecture initiatives across the Leave Solutions domain in alignment with enterprise architecture direction.
  • Establishing, evolve, and govern architecture blueprints, solution reference architectures, and reusable design patterns.
  • Defining and Ensuring adherence architecture principles, frameworks, and non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborating with and provide leadership to other technical architects, creating a culture of architectural excellence and innovation.
  • Translating complex business requirements into well-architected, extensible, and robust digital solutions.
  • Ensuring designs enable agility, extensibility, and long-term maintainability while integrating with broader organizational platforms.
  • Overseeing the evolution of architectural roadmaps for your domain based on product requirements and long-term vision. Balance various aspects like feature development, reducing technical debt and strategic architectural objectives
