Job Description
LGI Healthcare Solutions has launched a major transformation of its HR-Payroll solutions, aiming to modernize a critical technology architecture that includes COBOL components.

We are currently building a specialized team dedicated to this strategic initiative. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in:

  • Defining the target architecture
  • Guiding the technical work of the implementation team
  • Gradually orchestrating the transformation in collaboration with product, security, cloud, and operations experts

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 years in software or solution architecture, including transformation and modernization projects across products and development practices
  • Proven experience with legacy systems (COBOL, mainframe) in complex environments (e.g., ERP, HR, payroll)
  • Recognized technical leadership and ability to work in multidisciplinary contexts
  • Service-oriented architecture: REST APIs, microservices, interoperability
  • Proficiency with modern tools: source code management (Git), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), AI-assisted coding
  • Solid understanding of cloud environments
  • Awareness of security, compliance, and performance issues in critical systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personality types (technical and non-technical)
  • Bilingualism is required: candidate must be able to work with documentation in both French and English, and communicate fluently orally and in writing with French- and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues
