Insight into the position

• Direct collaboration with sales and the end customer to create a mutual understanding and definition of project requirements.
• Adapting solutions to standard modules using predefined processes and best practices
• Close collaboration with the technical departments to ensure that:
• - the proposed design meets the customer's criteria and expectations
• - the automation approach aligns with the customer's production requirements
• - the proposed solution is consistent with the feasibility study results
• - the project scope is clear to both the company and the customer
• - the installation effort for the respective customer region is known
• Creating a precise calculation for this solution approach to estimate effort and costs for sales.
• Ensuring a complete solution approach (commercial and technical) for offer preparation by the sales department.
• Supporting the sales team with questions regarding the solution and presentation to the customer (commercial details or the final customer presentation are the responsibility of the sales team)
• Internal action in an advisory capacity as needed to facilitate the handover from sales to project implementation
