MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of information technology topics.
  • Extensive knowledge of network administration, both hardware and software.
  • Above average grasp of business operations.
  • Project management and teamwork expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style, which includes the ability to work with others and build a team.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent learning new skills outside of one’s comfort zone.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related domains.
  • Experience in SaaS, PaaS or similar cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
  • Actively developing their professional network and giving back to the community through participation in user and other groups, events and organizations.
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for identifying gaps or problems in your clients’ systems.
  • You should understand how various components of the business model, such as operating systems and application architectures, interact with one another.
  • You should be determining the client’s business strategy as well as technical requirements.
  • You should be creating IT solutions to meet those requirements.
  • You should assess the financial implications of various solution options.
  • You should be creating plans to demonstrate how options will work and discussing them with the client in a clear manner.
  • You should be working on the transition from an existing system to a new one, as well as ensuring that the improved version is compatible with the existing systems.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the new solution complies with industry regulations.
  • You will be providing technical advice to clients while also maintaining ongoing relationships with them.
  • You will be responsible for providing timely customer feedback to the production department in order to ensure that product development or modification meets the needs of the clients.
