Experience:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure configuration fidelity across all environments (Dev, QA, Prod), including users, credentials, schedules, workflows, repositories, and system integrations for both platforms.
  • Identify and assess custom components across both systems—such as Moveit Automation scripts, PGP handlers, and Documentum custom types, workflows, SBOs/TBOs, and lifecycle scripts—to ensure compatibility and portability.
  • Support replication of environments for both Moveit and Documentum, validating consistency in network settings, storage mappings (e.g., NAS, SAN), indexing services, and dependent services (e.g., xPlore, CTS, file watchers).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with App Factory, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Platform SMEs to ensure secure data transfer, role-based access controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ITAR, audit logging, data segregation).
  • Validate system integrations and endpoint connectivity post-migration, including external partners, identity providers (AD/LDAP/SAML), and upstream/downstream applications (e.g., ERP, PLM, SFTP, capture tools).
  • Contribute to migration planning and execution, including defining rollback strategies, cutover windows, testing protocols, and hypercare support for both systems with minimal disruption to business processes.
