Develop and maintain process maps and data flow diagrams for local and corporate systems. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software development teams. Manage small to mid-scale projects (up to 4 months) and lead requirements-gathering sessions. Participate in internal and external IT audits and ensure compliance with local and global regulations. Design and document solution architectures, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle Monitor adherence to Agile methodologies, development tools, and KPIs. 🎓 Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Postgraduate studies or specialization in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture (completed or in progress) Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Archimate) — preferred Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP — preferred. 💪 Required Experience 5+ years of experience in software architecture or technical solution design roles Proven experience in the financial and/or insurance sectors, with strong understanding of business processes and integration needs Hands-on background in information systems development and enterprise solution design Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum) and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, PSD2, or SOX Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, assess architectural trade-offs, and guide implementation decisions Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning solutions with enterprise architecture governance Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). 💼 What We Offer Private health insurance NEORIS Days: 3 additional paid days off per year Annual performance bonus Vacation bonus Access to training and development platforms Connectivity allowance http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter o Instagram: @NEORIS.
