Description

Lead creation of high-level and support low-level solution designs across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application , integration, and data layers. Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery alignment. Present designs in governance and design ceremonies. Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems. Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Naturally curious and able to independently research and explore solutions Proven ability to work across business and technology teams. Experience producing HLDs and supporting LLDs. Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance. Strong communication and documentation skills. Exposure to non-financial risk, compliance, or GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC). Experience with domain or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Understanding of data lineage, exception-based reporting, and materiality logic. Prior AIB experience is highly desirable.
