The Digital & Process Performance function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
We are now looking for a talented Solution Architect, Oracle Fusion and Cloud to join our team of seasoned professionals in Digital & Process Performance. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and it reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.

Responsibilities and key activities:

• Design Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and strategic goals
• Develop and maintain the Oracle Cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with the company’s enterprise architecture and ensuring architecture is scalable and secure
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide architecture for tailored Oracle Cloud solutions
• Ensure the efficient utilization and integration of Oracle Cloud within the enterprise architecture
• Provide guidance and support for the development and implementation of Oracle Fusion and Cloud standards and best practices.
• Define governance frameworks and policies for Oracle Cloud adoption, assess risks and identify potential challenges to related technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle Fusion and Cloud solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Support enterprise-wide architecture reviews, ensuring architectural consistency and governance

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, computer science, or related fields.
• Min. 4 years of experience in Oracle cloud technology and solution architecture design.
• Proven ability to design and implement hands-on Oracle Cloud solutions. Especially Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Working knowledge of Oracle extensions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (technical and non-technical
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, Finnish is seen as a plus
• Familiarity and interest in global Enterprise Architecture development
