The Digital Solutions team in Mowi Sales & Marketing is seeking a strategic and versatile Solution Architect – Planning to lead the design and integration of our end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities.
This role blends functional expertise in planning processes (e.g., demand, supply, production planning) with technical leadership in defining the architecture across planning systems, ERP platforms, logistics solutions, and enterprise data environments.
As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will define future-ready, harmonized planning solutions that improve forecast accuracy, inventory visibility, and production agility. You will work closely with global business stakeholders, system consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions that support long-term business growth and digital maturity.
This role is essential to aligning planning processes and technologies, ensuring both strategic design and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, integrated supply chain environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or business systems analysis with a focus on supply chain or planning functions
• Strong functional knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling processes in a complex, multi-site environment
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems (e.g., RELEX, Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, or equivalent) and ERP platforms
• Proven ability to design and implement integrated solutions involving planning, ERP, and logistics systems
• Strong understanding of enterprise data models and integration patterns related to planning and forecasting
• Experience working in or with the FMCG, food, or process manufacturing industries preferred
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, API frameworks, and data platforms is a strong advantage
• Experience with business process harmonization and global/regional solution alignment
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present to both business and IT leadership

• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated system designs that align with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
• Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to align planning system capabilities with operational goals.
• Ensure proper integration between planning systems, ERP, logistics platforms, and enterprise data environments.
• Partner with technical teams to guide system configuration, interface design, and data model alignment across platforms.
• Support process harmonization and standardization across regions while allowing for necessary localization.
• Provide subject matter expertise on planning solution capabilities, roadmap development, and enhancement planning.
• Collaborate with Data, Integration, and Enterprise Architects to ensure planning architecture is analytics- and AI-ready.
• Ensure planning solutions are well-documented, compliant with governance frameworks, and support long-term maintainability.
• Support testing, validation, and user enablement during deployments and enhancements.
• Partner with IT, business, and regional teams to ensure transformation outcomes meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
