ACCOUNTABILITY

• Drive Resiliency, reliability, and efficiency of platforms.
• Drive evolution and maturity of the platforms to enable product roadmaps.
• Demonstrate Platform Centric Strategic Thinking and thought Leadership to fulfill Business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align to the Enterprise Architecture Principles and Standards at Exelon.
• Provide Expert Advisement on Platform and Technology roadmaps to Platform owners.
• Create, maintain, and drive adoption of standards for Platforms.
• Own and improve the Reliability and Resiliency metrics for the Platforms.
• Create, own and maintain functional, technical and architectural artifacts(Platform Design patterns, diagrams, documentation, key decisions traceability).
• Manage and present architecture risk items to portfolio owners, business owners to ensure effective informed decision making.
• Demonstrate persuasive influence and effective storytelling.
