Role Overview: The Solution Architect / Presales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our Dynamics 365 sales and implementation efforts. This individual will demonstrate expertise across all Dynamics 365 platforms, design tailored solutions for prospective clients, and craft compelling technical proposals that address client needs and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Presales Specialist, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for at least 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 platforms, particularly Finance and Operations (F&O), CRM, and ideally Business Central.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative, client-centric solutions.
  • Experience in drafting technical proposals and solution documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Solution Demonstration: Conduct end-to-end demonstrations of Dynamics 365 platforms, showcasing features and benefits tailored to client requirements.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Technical Proposals: Draft detailed, client-focused technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and estimated timelines.
  • Presales Activities: Support the sales team by delivering presentations, conducting discovery workshops, and addressing technical queries from prospects.
  • Solution Design: Architect scalable and efficient solutions leveraging the full suite of Dynamics 365 products, including Finance, Operations, CRM, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project management, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from presales to implementation.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
