What you'll be doing: As part of the Anaplan Solution architect team, you are primarily responsible for architect, design and the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts. You will: Understand, review and gather client requirements per Anaplan defined scoping & analysis Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions Exemplify The Anaplan Way Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Project Manager/Business Partner and team Develop Anaplan model documentation Participate and/or lead Data Integration and Migration Solutions Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment Your qualifications, your influence To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills Overall 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree 6+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions - Preferably with products similar to Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC or SAC, O9, Kinaxis, Board, Jedox, TM1 etc. 6+ years experience in either of following functional areas : Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain or Sales Performance Management Sophisticated Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills Proven knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) Superb written and oral communication skills Proven track record to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously Appetite for service excellence and a collaborative style Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound) Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter Coaching mentality Collegial, open and grounded in integrity Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach Strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
