We are looking for a Solution Architect whose primary role will be technical delivery leadership for client projects. This position will involve leading and managing enterprise and mid-market projects, as well as technical pre- sales support activities as required. You will be responsible for designing solution architecture, assisting with solution requirement definition, and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn the latest Microsoft solutions in a fun work environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide software architecture, design, and operations expertise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 12 years of experience in a corporate environment, or 9 years of experience in a consultative environment preferred
• 5 years of experience designing service oriented architectures
• 4 years of experience designing database systems for applications (SQL Preferred)
• 5 years of hands-on experience writing code (C# preferred)
• 1 year of experience with distributed systems and designing microservices
• Expertise and experience in implementing cloud-based SaaS and/or PaaS solutions
• 5 years of experience using cloud providers (Azure preferred)
• Experience scoping projects and working with teams to successfully deliver on plan
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands on experience in Azure with a deep understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability in Azure
• Ability to own all stages of the development process: design, testing, code reviews, build processes, implementation, operational support
• Experience with DevOps tools and processes such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven experience providing oversight for multiple, concurrent development projects
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to clearly and concisely explain risks, issues and architectural solutions
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

  The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $170,000 - $225,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications. • Architecting and leading projects for various clients
• Work with business leaders and various technical teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven value
• Creating functional design specifications and implementation plans
• Provide architecture review, and project milestone sessions for project sponsors
