JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud, Einstein/AgentForce AI, and Service Cloud. This role requires a commitment to staying current with Salesforce developments and the ability to dedicate significant time to each project as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Automation Cloud and its integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of AI developments and their application within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and allocate time effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
