Description

Application of SAP standard as well as self-developed customizing/Z transactions to ensure and improve operational processes.
You ensure process stability and functionality – primarily in SAP PM.
You will independently conduct functional tests in the test system and discuss any necessary changes directly with the programmer/developer.
In addition, you will independently perform error analyses in SAP (various modules such as SAP-PM, HAM, IS-U also for application needs outside the planning and construction area).
You develop automated processes and optimize processing procedures in the organizational units.
You are responsible for maintaining SAP control tables and thus ensuring the functionality of automated processes.
Providing support to internal and external users for troubleshooting and problem resolution is also part of your responsibilities.
And finally, you train employees in department-specific SAP applications to establish new processes.
