Description

As a Solution Architect in the Digital HR team, you will advise companies and public employers on their journey to the cloud and actively support them in the digitalization of their HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
You will play a key role in all project phases and support SAP SuccessFactors projects from planning to go-live and beyond.
Together with neighboring expert teams, you will create innovative and integrated IT solutions for state-of-the-art HR landscapes.
You advise specialist departments on the feasibility of requirements and conduct architecture workshops.
In addition, you will present solutions and system demos to customers and support them in preparing proposals.
You always stay up-to-date and keep a constant eye on current developments surrounding SAP SuccessFactors.
