Develops and evolves solution architectures to address complex, multi-dimensional business and technical challenges.5. Ensures architectural consistency with enterprise standards and drives adoption of solution patterns.8. Provides strategic insights to senior leadership, influencing long-term architectural direction.9. Leads initiatives that are critical to the organisations commercial strategy and transformation agenda.10. Drives awareness and adoption of industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.11. Actively mentors and develops architects, building team capability and technical depth.12.
