Job Description Design, architect, and modernize the end‑to‑end survey lifecycle: covering intake, authoring, logic automation, fielding, data movement, and final delivery — with cloud‑native integrations, scalable automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities. Job Purpose Serve as the domain architect for NIQ’s survey modernization initiatives. Define and evolve the technical blueprint for how surveys are created, validated, executed at scale, integrated, and delivered across countries and platforms. Key Responsibilities Own the architecture across survey intake, authoring, fielding, QC, and data delivery systems. Define API contracts, event schemas, and scalable integration patterns across NIQ cloud services. Introduce automation across authoring, logic checks, QC, translations, templating, and publishing. Lead AI pilots including authoring assistance, logic validation, fraud detection, and automated QC. Integrate survey platforms with NIQ’s cloud and data lake environments. Ensure adherence to NFRs: performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Partner with Enterprise Architecture on standards and roadmap alignment. Implement secure authentication standards and partner with InfoSec on platform hardening. Qualifications 3–5 years in platform, solution, or integration architecture. Experience with survey technologies or structured workflow engines. Strong background designing distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures. Experience influencing global engineering and operations teams. Skills & Competencies API design expertise (REST/GraphQL). Strong Azure cloud experience (Functions, APIM, EventHub/Service Bus, Key Vault). Proficiency in IaC (Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD, and automation tooling. Familiarity with LLMs, prompting, evaluation frameworks, and AI quality assurance. Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and architectural leadership. Technical & Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience integrating platforms with cloud data environments (Databricks, Snowflake). Knowledge of authentication standards, security best practices, and compliance frameworks. Exposure to fraud‑detection and anti‑abuse patterns is a plus.
