  • Proven track record of strong consulting skills
  • A thorough understanding of business, process design and technology relating to workforce management
  • Broad knowledge of labour management, rostering, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
  • Flexibility to travel as neede

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience with retail forecasting module

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provision of industry and workforce management expertise and rostering best practice to benefit customers and colleagues
  • Using professional consulting concepts, implement software in various environments
  • Review business process analysis
  • Develop and configure creative solution to meet challenging customer requirements.
  • Follow practices and procedures in analysing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
  • Provide knowledge transfer for customers
  • Analyse requirements and creating documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
  • Leading workshops and sessions to drive informed decision making and gather requirements
  • Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures
  • Work with product management, clients and peers to suggest ideas for the improvement of the solutions and outcomes
