  • Demonstrated experience in developing and leading organisation-wide digital solutions and architecture and expert knowledge of relevant technologies and methodologies including cloud, mobile, business intelligence, knowledge management, intranet, ERP, Middleware and integration patterns, identify and authorisation management, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with producing, reviewing solution concepts and designs, options paper, impact assessments, estimations, recommendations and solution architectures in a complex environment
  • Project management expertise with demonstrated capacity in planning, delivering and
  • evaluation outcomes to schedule
  • Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement including process mapping, data collection to inform improvement activities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including the capacity to build relationships and an inter-disciplinary way of working
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace obligations to, and experience in leading and cultivating workplace practices and behaviours that promote, support and maintain a safe, healthy, equitable, diverse and respectful workplace, including responding appropriately to adverse incidents, behaviours, issues, reports and the like

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Strong IT background, including an understanding of technical IT concepts – IT Infrastructure, system integration, security, databases, Cloud, SaaS, Microservices etc.
  • Experience with the TOGAF enterprise Architecture framework or similar

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and innovative IT solutions that align with enterprise strategy and business needs.
  • Lead the architecture and integration of cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to senior stakeholders and present at steering committees.
  • Conduct solution impact analysis to drive informed decision-making and establish IT priorities.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance and agility
