Description
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for alignment. Ensure high-value architecture and design artifacts. Work with business stakeholders to develop IT strategies. Lead complex initiatives involving multiple departments and technologies. Manage domain portfolio lifecycle and drive innovation, including overseeing CRM-related solutions (Customer, Inventory, Loyalty, Lead Management, Service Request & Complaint, VAS, Messaging, Promotion Management, Lead to Order Sales Automation), identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, and establishing communication channels to monitor user experience proactively. This responsibility covers the entire Mobile Telco and Non-Telco business domains, and partially covers the Fixed Telco business domain. Technical: Ensure agile squads deliver solutions aligned with domain architecture principles. Implement DevOps tools and lifecycle processes. Drive adoption of DevOps and agile practices. Maintain scalability and performance. Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards. Approve architecture and design decisions. Decide on technology stack and integration approaches. Evaluate and select vendors and solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment. Monitor KPIs for solution performance and user experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in software analysis, design, development, and architecture. Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives. Knowledge and experience in business processes related to the domain responsibilities (Customer, Inventory, Loyalty, Lead Management, Service Request & Complaint, VAS, Messaging, Promotion Management, Lead to Order Sales Automation) is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development technologies. Programming & Architecture: Java, J2EE, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Microservices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain an Enterprise Architecture (EA) perspective, ensuring alignment of domain solutions with overall enterprise strategy and architecture principles. Not a perfect fit?
